windows movie maker is a B****

it keeps freezing and its fan-freaking annoying. plus, the rain is putting a halt on going out to ask people their "Top 3". it seems like all the forces of the bloody universe are against us! but, we only have a few more clips to upload and we need to find the still pictures. hopefully, we'll be able to finish by Friday...if everyone shows up and the damn computer stops freezing!!!!

plus, i cant stop thinking about the Mt. Vernon shooting. some people are really heartless sometimes; to take the lives of innocent people who were minding their own business. it makes you wonder what the world is coming to, when people can't even hang out with their friends for an evening without the possibility of being shot.

i want this documentary to be really good, so it will give the people who watch it something to think about.

My reaction to the murder that happened 2 weeks ago is this; it was cruel, heartless and just plain unhuman. My love goes to the famliy of the victims and hopefully the people who commited this cruel crime will be caught.

anger is one of the topic that we are using for the documentary for the community.

today TAMMZ decided to make a complete finish....we got our last amount of footage and will be ready to create a movie.....

its going slow...and the uploading process is really annoying. however, we got the first scene sort of done, and now all we have to do is upload the rest and edit. but we need to go out tomorrow and interview people - ask them about the "Top 3" things they want to change about the community. we also made Grafitti titles for the beginningt of each new topic.

...aaaaaaaaand we just lost everything. great! now we need to start the editing over. faaaaaaaabulous!!!

Today was a very good day. My group and I were very successful and we started to learn how to edit the video. I created an example clip just to see how it would come out and it was very good. So I am very excited to start putting the video together..

we got pretty far today. we learned to use Movie Maker and do transitions and such...so i think we'll actually be able to start uploading clips and putting them together next time. so far, its looking good!!!

Today we tried to find all of the footage we filmed and compile it to put into are documentary. This was very stressful because we have a lot of footage.

8/16/07 definition of community and reaction

A community is a neighborhood that shares a spirit. When we can come together as a group of individuals who understand the issues that we face, and build relationships and trust one another we respect and connect spiritually with each other. We show pride by working towards change for the better.

Today was a progressive day and I think Tomarrow we'll be ready to edit the film and start building up.

we have the layout for the documentary planned out...but we still have to find most of the video clips and then edit and stuff. its damn complicated! hopefully we finish in time...since we only have a week left. but so far, what we have planned is looking good.
