Community was defined by the working groups of the ULEC Youth Media Program who came together to develop their assessment of community~~~
community: is a neighborhood that shares a spirit; a group of individuals who lead by example to build relationships and trust with one another. Where families can feel safe going outside and having a good time. When families come together and unite, give hope to other families, and respect and connect with each other. Who show pride and care about where they live by working towards a change for the better.
